Expensify Connector
Expensify expense management. Syncs expenses, expense reports, and policies via the Expensify Integration Server, which executes JSON job requests against a single endpoint.
What syncs
The Expensify records STRAX brings into your hub.
Each kind of record is mapped once to your company model in the STRAX hub, then kept current in every system that needs it.
Expenses
Individual expense transactions exported by the two-step report exporter job, including merchant, amounts in cents, category, tag, and reimbursement flags.
Reports
Expense reports exported by the report exporter job, including status, policy, and approver.
Policies
Workspaces returned by the 'get' job with inputSettings.type 'policyList', including output currency, owner, and plan type.
Expensify data in your own SQL Server, then wherever it is needed.
STRAX is a self-hosted integration platform. The Expensify records land in the STRAX hub, a SQL Server database on your own servers, where your reports, portals and workflows read them. From there the hub delivers them to the other systems you connect, whether those run on SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL or another API.
